Project Name: Annual production of 2.4 million sets of lighting production line projects (phased), a new silane surface treatment line project

Construction site: Industrial Road, Zhangqi Town, Cixi City

Construction Content: The total investment of the project is 8 million yuan. The existing plant will be used to build an annual production capacity of 2.4 million sets of lighting production lines (phased) and a new silane surface treatment line project. After the completion of the project, it is estimated that the annual output of lamps will be 2.4 million. set. The project is produced in a single shift with an annual working day of 300 days.

Main environmental protection measures:

(1) Waste gas treatment measures:

1) Spraying dust and exhaust gas

The sprayed dust exhaust gas is discharged from the 15-meter high exhaust pipe after being processed by the equipment with the fiber filter and the pulse dusting system.

2) Plastic powder solidification exhaust gas, natural gas combustion exhaust gas

Plastic powder solid waste gas and natural gas combustion exhaust gas are collected and discharged from a 15-meter high exhaust pipe

3) Shot blasting dust

The blasting dust exhaust gas is collected and discharged through a bag to be discharged by a 15-meter high exhaust pipe.

(2) Wastewater treatment measures:

The silane line wastewater is treated into the sewage pipe network after being treated by the regulating tank and the coagulation reaction tank; the domestic sewage is discharged by the buried sewage treatment facility and discharged into the sewage treatment plant of the eastern part of Cixi City.

(3) Noise prevention measures: The noise source of the project is mainly the operation noise of equipment such as drilling machine, air compressor, tapping machine, shot blasting machine, spray line, cooling tower, and stripping spray gun. The layout of the plant is reasonable, and the wall is used. Noise reduction, vibration reduction, and noise reduction have been adopted for buildings to reduce noise.

 (4) Solid waste treatment measures: The solid waste of this project is mainly metal scrap, dust, employee domestic garbage, waste material barrel, slag, dewatered sludge, etc. The slag and dewatered sludge are stored in the hazardous waste warehouse, meet the requirements of the three defenses, and promptly contact the agreement unit for timely transportation; the waste material barrels and dust are sold to the relevant companies for recycling; the metal scrap material construction unit recycles, and the factory sets the domestic garbage storage point. It is regularly cleared by the sanitation department.
